Fuser Maintenance
I need a crashcourse in printers. Difference between monochrome and laser?? and much much more?
I just started a new job in sales of laserjet print toner cartridges and printer maintenance. I am trying to learn, but it is more or a “thrown in there” type of situation than anything. I don’t know anything about them other than my quick crash course about some internal components. I know a fuser, the rollers, and the toner itself. Other than that I have no more knowledge. If someone out there can give me any information possible it would be helpful. Also, if it is someone doing sales like I am, where do you get your leads? What have you found is the best way to get through to the IT Dept? What approaches have you done that are successful? Thank you very much.
You are in REAL trouble. If you think that monochrome and and lasers have any relationship I suggest you get a dictionary or a new job. Find a printer technician to explain what a printer is first.
