What should i tell in Interview about My greatest weaknesses and Strengths?
This is a general question asked in interviews, if one represent his strengths as his weakness then they will easily understand that he is trying to make them fool.
ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS TAKE ONE OF YOUR STREGNTHS AND TURN IT INTO AN OBSSESION……WHICH IN TURN BECOMES YOUR WEAKNESS.
IE: “I PAY ATTENTION TO TOO MUCH DETAIL”
“I HAVE A HARD TIME MOVING ON TO ANOTHER PROJECT UNTIL I HAVE DOUBLE CHECKED MY WORK AND PAYED ATTENTION TO THE DETAILS”
NEVER SAY: ” I AM OCCASIONALLY LATE.” OR ” I HAVE MOOD SWINGS FROM TIME TO TIME”.
